Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or events outside our control.
